Learning Tibetan singing bowls is a deeply practical and meditative skill. It can support your own daily practice, help you work with others, or simply give you a new way to create calm.

Workshops are small, personal and structured. You learn the technical side — how to hold, strike and play — as well as the energetic and intentional aspects of sound work.

Level 1

Personal Practice

Learn how to use Tibetan singing bowls for yourself — to relax, reset and support daily wellbeing.

1:1 Session Facilitation

Learn how to guide a session for another person with structure and clarity.

Focus: working with another person  ·  session structure  ·  confidence

  • How to structure a full 1:1 session (beginning → middle → closing)
  • How to create a calm and safe space for another person
  • How to guide attention and relaxation through sound and simple cues
  • How to combine bowls with breath and awareness techniques
  • Basic client observation and session adaptation
  • How to use sound to support emotional release and nervous system regulation
  • Pacing, timing and flow of a session
  • What to avoid and basic safety awareness

Level 3

Group Session Facilitation

Learn how to lead sound sessions for groups with confidence and flow.

Focus: group facilitation  ·  presence  ·  session design

  • How to combine different instruments (bowls, gong, etc.)
  • How to create rhythm, layering and flow in sound
  • How to guide a group with a calm and confident presence
  • How to manage group energy and attention
  • Transitions between sections (arrival → deep relaxation → closing)
  • How to hold space for multiple participants
  • How to create an experience that people enjoy and remember

Kate Mormylo

About the Facilitator

Kate Mormylo

Kate is a mindfulness practitioner trained in India, at a Spanish institute and in Hong Kong. She integrates yoga, breathwork, mindfulness meditation, contemplative philosophy and practical sound techniques into her workshops and private sessions.

She maintains a regular Vipassana meditation practice, which brings a grounded and steady presence to her work.

Her teaching is shaped by working directly with clients in 1:1 sessions, focusing on practical techniques that can be applied in everyday life.

The workshops are designed to be simple, structured and accessible — helping participants build confidence in using sound for themselves and for others.
