Workshops · Level 1–3
Learn how to play for yourself or to facilitate others. Available privately or in small groups in Hong Kong.
Learning Tibetan singing bowls is a deeply practical and meditative skill. It can support your own daily practice, help you work with others, or simply give you a new way to create calm.
Workshops are small, personal and structured. You learn the technical side — how to hold, strike and play — as well as the energetic and intentional aspects of sound work.

About the Facilitator
Kate is a mindfulness practitioner trained in India, at a Spanish institute and in Hong Kong. She integrates yoga, breathwork, mindfulness meditation, contemplative philosophy and practical sound techniques into her workshops and private sessions.
She maintains a regular Vipassana meditation practice, which brings a grounded and steady presence to her work.
Her teaching is shaped by working directly with clients in 1:1 sessions, focusing on practical techniques that can be applied in everyday life.
The workshops are designed to be simple, structured and accessible — helping participants build confidence in using sound for themselves and for others.
