Sound Bath & Meditation · Hong Kong
Sound bath sessions and meditation designed to support better sleep, reduced stress and a clearer mind.
The approach combines sound, mindfulness and simple awareness techniques in a structured and practical way.
Sessions are designed to help you slow down, reset and return to a more balanced state — both physically and mentally.
Some sessions take place in a private rooftop setting in Central, offering a quiet space above the city.
Coming from a corporate background, Kate understands the pressure, pace and demands of professional life. This shapes a practical approach focused on real results — better sleep, reduced stress and improved clarity.
Each session is adapted to the individual — whether the focus is sleep, stress, emotional balance or simply taking time to pause.
Kate believes that mental and emotional wellbeing is often overlooked in everyday life. Through her own experience and practice, she shares simple techniques she continues to use personally — and that have supported many clients in improving sleep, reducing stress and finding more balance.
The intention is not only to create a relaxing experience, but also to introduce simple techniques that can be continued in daily life.
